Avansys Lab · Live on Zoom

September 23.
Three hours.
Your problem, finally seen clearly.

On September 23, you get a new way of seeing. Applied wrong, AI is a mistake accelerator: the wrong question travels at the speed of compute. Applied right, it becomes an insight generator that beats traditional consulting on both precision and speed. ReFrameX™ is the discipline that puts you on the right side of that line. Bring a real problem. Leave with it reframed.

What this does for you

Three hours that keep paying you back.

1

You'll get Big Four partner-level support, without the Big Four.

The AI-powered ReFrameX™ method and platform work your problem with the rigor of a senior strategy partner, at the speed of software.

2

You'll see category errors, and you can't unsee them.

While everyone else debates symptoms, you'll be the one pointing at the actual problem.

3

You'll strengthen your managerial and analytic muscle.

The person who restates the problem correctly is the person the room follows. That's a career skill.

Sound familiar?

You've heard these sentences.
You may have said them.

Each one hides a category error, a strategy classification error: the problem is filed under the wrong kind of thing, so every fix from that drawer fails.

We need better alignment.

Alignment is a result, not a task. The real problem is agreeing what done means.

Let's add AI to this.

AI is architecture, not a bolt-on. That's why bolt-on AI projects quietly fail.

The team isn't communicating.

That's the symptom. The structure underneath is what's broken.

Just hit the target.

Metrics measure the goal. Hitting the number isn't reaching it.

We need a new system.

New tools on broken processes give you faster broken processes.

It's not just meetings. Listen to the public debate.
We cut the spending, so we cut the waste.Heard in the government efficiency debate

Spending is a component. Waste lives in the architecture: programs that measure effort instead of results.

The strikes set them back years. We're ahead of schedule.Heard in the foreign policy debate

Components were hit. The architecture that produces the program wasn't touched. Our Iran analyses below walk the full argument.

We're an AI company now.Heard in the boardroom

A tool just got renamed a strategy. The strategy question is still open.

Different speakers, different sides, same category error. ReFrameX™ reads the frame, not the politics.

The method

Catching the category error is move one.
ReFrameX™ has five.

Five patterns, one discipline. AI without it is a frame-amplifier: it makes the wrong question faster. Inside it, AI becomes a frame-interrogator, and you stay in control.

1
Reframe First find the right question
2
Frame the System structure before parts
3
Bounded Roles no part owns the system
4
Authority decisions live with accountability
5
Name & Anchor vocabulary that locks it in
The ReFrameX™ platform

The method, running as software.
Yours for 6 months.

Every seat includes the AI platform that runs the discipline. After the seminar, it keeps working for you:

Runs all five moves on any problem you bring it, any time
Pushes back on thin problems: an intake gate vets before it runs
Drafts at AI speed; you approve or veto every step
Ends in a synthesis brief you can hand to leadership, or use to solve the problem
Proof, not promises

We ran it on real public problems.

Start with the Iran pair: first the diagnosis, then the solutioning that events went on to validate. Free to download.

Geopolitics · Part 1: The diagnosis

40 years of the same Iran approach. What's missed?

Strikes engage components. They never touch the architecture.

Read the diagnosis ↓
Geopolitics · Part 2: The solutioning

Eight months later, events proved the diagnosis right.

Same action, same architecture, same outcome: tactical degradation, strategic recurrence. The solution is the architectural work the old frame refused.

Project Management

Your project keeps missing deadlines. Why?

Because “done” was never defined precisely enough to hold. One question change, three fixes.

Analysis coming soon
Policy · Procurement

Will fixed-price contracting stop government waste?

A fixed price on an undefined job doesn't create accountability. It reorganizes the confusion.

Who's behind this

Avansys Lab

Avansys Lab is the methods arm of Avansys Solutions. ReFrameX™ exists because the smartest people in the room keep getting stuck on questions that were framed wrong from the start.

Questions

Before you register.

Do I need any prior training?

No. If you've ever worked on a complex problem, in any role, you have everything you need. The method is taught from scratch.

What problem should I bring?

Something real that you're currently stuck on. Messy is better. The more stuck you are, the more the reframe will do for you. One sentence is enough to start.

How much does it cost?

$199 early bird through September 5, then $250 from September 6. Registration closes September 22 at 11:59 PM ET. Payment is by card at registration, processed by Stripe.

Does this count toward my PMI PDUs?

Yes: 3 self-reportable PDUs (Business Acumen primary, Power Skills secondary). Your certificate arrives within 24 hours and takes about 5 minutes to file at pmi.org.

Not ready to register?

Leave your email and we'll keep you posted on this session and the next ones.
